General

How many devices do I need?


​We recommend placing a device per 700 sq ft. Placing an Aura Air in every closed room, such as a bedroom or office, is also recommended. Depending on your space, you can find an adequate package in our store that could fit your needs.




Where should I place my Aura Air?


Thats's a great question! For maximum air flow and purification, we recommend placing your Aura Air device at a radius of at least 20 in from surrounding objects - including the floor, ceiling and windows (as pictured below). For more help, watch our Introduction Installation video!




Replacing the Ray-Filter™


Note: The Aura Air app will notify you when it's time to replace your Ray-Filter™. 1. To replace your Ray-Filter™, begin by unplugging your Aura Air from the electricity. 2. Gently remove the Device cover with the Ray-Filter™. 3. Place your new Ray-Filter™ into the Device cover. 4. Put back the Device cover. 5. Plug your Aura Air back into the electricity. Cleaning the Pre-filter


Note: The Aura Air app will notify you when it's time to wash your Pre-filter. 1. To clean the Pre-filter, begin by unplugging your Aura Air from the electricity. 2. Gently remove the Device cover and Pre-filter. 3. Detach the Pre-filter from the Device cover. 4. Wash the Pre-filter with water - no chemicals. 5. Dry the Pre-filter before placing it back. 6. Technology

What is Aura Air's purification technology?


Aura Air uses 4 unique stages of air purification and disinfection: 1. The Pre-filter removes big particles of airborne dust. 2. Using the UVC we reduce the bacteria, viruses and mold concertation in the air. 3. The Ray-filter™ purifies air from PM 10, PM 2.5, germs, tobacco scent, bacteria, viruses, fungus, flu germs, and mold spores. RAY filter consists of three parts: - Copper: a smart fabric cover with a copper layer that filters viruses, bacteria, and more. - Carbon layer: Absorbs VOC's and bad odors. - HEPA filter- 99.98% effective particle filter of 0.3 microns. 5. Our patent Sterionizer completes the purification and disinfection stage by sending positive and negative ions into the air. These charged oxygen molecules O2+ and O2- have high chemical activity and when reacting with water molecules in the air, OH radicals and H2O2 (Hydrogen Peroxide) are formed. A chemical reaction occurs and oxidants break down the protein structure of pollutants, rendering them harmless.




How does the Aura Air device alleviate allergies?


Our Ray-filter™ has a special layer, impregnated with copper, that neutralizes dust mites. The Pre-filter targets pollen as it filters PM 10. Furthermore, once assigned by the user, the device will provide you information regarding your specific allergies.

Return Policy






Delivery & Shipping

Shipping


Your Aura Air will be shipped by DHL/FEDEX/UPS and will take 3-5 business days to arrive. In areas where the above do not operate, the packages will be handled by another reliable carrier.




VAT and Sales Tax


VAT and sales tax will be charged according to your countrie's policy. There is no Customs charge for import from Israel to most countries.

Are you seeing -1 values on the homepage of your app? Unplug your device from the electricity and plug it back in.




WiFi Pairing & Connectivity


Let's Pair your Aura Air device 1. Begin by confirming your Aura Air is Blinking Green. 2. If the device is not blinking green, click the setup button for 4 seconds to enter listening mode. 3. Next, go to the WiFi settings on your mobile phone and connect to Aura-XXXXXX on your network list. 4. Return to the Aura Air app and click connect. A few Possible Issues

How To

Can I integrate Aura Air with Voice Assistance?


Yes you can ! Once you have installed and set up your Aura Air, you can integrate a voice assistant. Aura Air is supported by both Amazon's Alexa and Google Assistant.
